I’ve been managing a small portfolio of around 80 doors and usually use DoorLoop for tenant screenings. I’m thinking about switching to something that gives me more control and maybe lets me pass screening costs onto the applicants. What tools or software do you use for tenant screenings? I’d prefer something streamlined since I don’t have a lot of time. Would love to hear from others who manage smaller portfolios! Thanks!
Maybe you shouldn’t be landlording over so many families if you have to treat them like cattle with further automation.
I get where you’re coming from, but sometimes you need to streamline to manage better. Have you tried TenantCloud? It’s pretty user-friendly.
You might want to check out Rentec Direct. It has great screening tools and is quite efficient.
Have you considered using Cozy? It’s free for landlords, and tenants pay for their screening. Super simple!
I use Avail for my small portfolio. It’s straightforward and lets tenants handle their own screenings too.
