Hey guys, as anyone here sold a home through List with Freedom? We’re considering it to see if it’s more cost-effective than using a real estate agent. I’m curious about not just the money but also the time involved in the process. We’re planning to go to market in the next six months but still unsure. Thanks in advance!
I’ve used List with Freedom! It definitely saved me some cash on commissions. The process was straightforward, but it does require more time on your part.

How much time are we talking? I’m juggling a lot right now.
@Noor
I’d say you’ll spend a good amount of time on marketing and showing the house. But if you’re organized, it can be manageable!
I’ve heard mixed reviews. Some people love it, but others find they miss the support of a real estate agent, especially with paperwork and negotiations.

Yeah, I think it’s good if you’re comfortable with the selling process. If not, an agent might be worth it for peace of mind.
I looked into it but decided against it because I felt overwhelmed by the thought of handling everything myself. If you’re busy, it could add stress.

Totally get that. I’d rather pay an agent to handle the headaches, honestly.
Just remember to do your research on how to price and market your home if you go this route. That part is super important!

Good point! I’ve seen homes sit on the market too long because of poor pricing.
I think it really comes down to how confident you feel about DIYing the sale. If you’re up for it, it could save you money!

Right? But if you’re unsure, maybe consult a realtor for advice first. It could help clarify things.
