Always keep in mind, it’s usually unhappy buyers who post reviews about homebuilders. Happy buyers often don’t take the time to leave reviews. So, if a builder has mostly 3-star reviews, it doesn’t mean they’re bad. What I did was check out the Facebook page for the new build community I was interested in and asked questions there. That’s just my experience though.
