To get my appraisal report, it took me afew days to get it.

The time to receive an apprt Taking between 1 to 3 weeks. Factors include the property’s complexity, appraiser’s schedule, and the lender’s processing time.
We are currently awaiting the second assessment so he can double-check to make sure repairs were made, and it seems like that’s taking longer. Ours was also completed in a few days.
