Their policies are designed with all the features that benefit them, which is understandable since they’re a business. However, my experience over the past month has shown that they don’t support their customers at all, unlike other businesses where you get at least some assistance. I regret choosing their policy.
I’ve been without a functional refrigerator for a month and have voiced my concerns repeatedly. When my issues were ignored, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received some responses, but no real resolution. I’m still living with wires on the floor.
