A brand is called ReMax. The owner and the broker of record determine the agency’s quality. In addition, the agents are self-employed individuals whose caliber ranges from exceptional to subpar. All agents, irrespective of their brokerage affiliation, will be subject to this.
Lastly, exactly 0 of the homes you would be purchasing or renting are owned by ReMax. It is impossible to determine the identity of the property’s owner.
Before selecting one to represent you, I strongly advise you to interview at least three agents.
