I’m on the hunt for a rental home and prefer dealing directly with private landlords rather than agencies. Any tips on where to find listings or advice on what to look out for? Personal experiences would be awesome too!

Is it preferable to locate an individual landlord over a corporate one? A private landlord might, in my opinion, be superior to a corporation or worse. interested as I’ve never leased.
