Today, I spoke with a realtor about buying options since I’ve recently started working and have a moderate income, but I dislike renting. They suggested two options: building a home or a program called Home Partners of America.
Home Partners of America seems to be a homebuying program where you’re approved for a specific amount of money. They purchase the home in cash and lease it back to you for up to 5 years, with the option to buy the home at any time during the lease period. It’s like a rent-to-own arrangement facilitated by a company rather than an individual seller.
I’m curious to hear from others who have experience with this program or similar arrangements. Thanks in advance…
