There’s this rich guy on TikTok who was showing his monthly Cardone Fund checks. At first, he was cool with it, but now the returns are just 0.5% or 1% above a high-yield savings account. He had 500k in there and gets $1,000 or $1,500 a month.
I don’t hate Cardone, but his talk is getting weird, and another rate hike might crush him.

Do not trust Grant Cardone with your money under any circumstances. If you encounter his name in relation to your finances, it’s best to avoid it…
