Hey Fam! We have toured a house twice in the past week that we have liked, and each time we learn afterward that the Seller is not willing to cover our agent’s commission. Although our representative claims that sellers are becoming extremely greedy in this market, I have never heard of this. They are aware that someone will undoubtedly take a bullet. Have you seen something similar in your neighborhood?

My realtor informed me, after I recently sold my first home, that a significant court decision had decided that sellers were no longer obligated to cover the buyers’ agent’s commission. or something like. It’s just now beginning to spread across the nation, according to her.
But you know, pretty much everything about buying a property is negotiable, including that.
