Hello! I’ve got a plot of land I inherited and really want to sell it for a fair price. It’s been tough finding a realtor since it seems like selling land is a bit niche. I got contacted by an LLC wanting to buy it, but they don’t plan to develop it themselves? 
They talked about due diligence and getting the best option for the property, but I’m a bit skeptical. A lawyer I spoke with said it might be a red flag. Anyone dealt with something like this before? Is it worth considering?
