What jobs can I get with a real estate license besides agent work?

I’m wondering what kind of salary or hourly jobs I could get with a real estate license. I originally got mine for flipping properties and being a landlord, which has been helpful. But now I’m curious about other career paths where having a real estate license could be useful, outside of being a traditional agent. Any ideas?

You could get your broker’s license and hire agents, get into lending, commercial real estate, property management, or focus on rentals.

What other skills do you have? If you have project management experience, know how to source building supplies, or have construction knowledge, you could branch out into property management.

If you’re good with admin and computers, you could work for a title company. Have any digital marketing or social media skills? That could help you land a job in the sales office of a new home builder.

Just remember, your real estate license mainly allows you to legally sell real estate in your state, but you could still explore related areas.
