Most of my clients come through referrals. I’m honest about homes, even if it means losing a sale, because long-term trust is more valuable. Some agents just look for quick sales, but that’s not sustainable.

I’ve told around 20 clients not to buy homes over the past 8 years. If they can’t think about selling it in 5 years, it’s not a sound investment.

It’s weird how people think cutting out agents is going to save them money. A good agent can help you find a house you actually like, close the deal, and avoid headaches.

Exactly. The lawsuits against NAR aren’t going to help buyers. It’s just sellers trying to make more money by reducing buyer representation.

Sometimes it depends on how greedy the sellers are. I had to sell my house, and the commission made a big difference for me. It might have helped the buyer too if the commission was lower.
