So, I’ve had 11 showings in just two days for my home sale, and there was all this initial excitement. But now? No offers yet. Should I be worried or is this just how it goes? We’re in the Midwest, and there are only about 5 comparable homes for sale in my area at the same price. Anyone else had a similar experience?
I get your concern… it can be super frustrating. I had a similar situation when I sold my house. Just give it some time, I’d say.

Yeah, I’d agree. Sometimes it just takes a little while for the right buyer to show up.

Totally, but what do you mean by ‘a little while’? Like weeks or just a few days?
@Morgan
I mean it could be a few weeks, honestly. Buyers can be slow to pull the trigger.
That’s a lot of showings! Maybe consider adjusting your price a bit? Just a thought.

Yeah, I’ve seen that work for others. But then you wonder if it’s worth it, right?
Don’t stress too much yet. Sometimes people just need time to think it over. I’d give it another week.

True! And the holidays are coming up, that could affect things too.
I was in the same boat last year. After a few weeks, I got a great offer! Just hang in there.

So it really can turn around? I’m glad to hear that!
