Now, I just found out the new buyers contacted me on Facebook asking why we backed out. Apparently, the seller told them we got ‘cold feet.’ Can I share our inspection report with them? I don’t want to get sued, but I can’t let them move in without knowing the truth.
You can say whatever is true and honest! They can’t sue you for being honest.
It’s your report, you can share it with whoever you want. You’d be saving them a few hundred bucks at least and potentially thousands.
