I saw reference to realtors opening doors for viewings for a $34 fee. Can anyone share links? Is there anything for Southern California? Just curious if it’s worth it.
It’s a service real estate agents use to find other agents to show homes to their clients when they aren’t available.

Oh, cool! So it’s like a backup plan for agents? How does that work exactly?
@Taj
Yeah, pretty much. They just connect with another agent to handle the showing. Makes things easier!
I don’t think the service is live (could be wrong) but sounded like an app that was trying to be a thing.

Interesting… so it might not be available yet? Any idea when it might launch?
@Taj
Not sure, but I heard some buzz about it a while back. Just keep an eye out!
Sounds like a convenient option if you’re in a hurry. Anyone used it yet?

I haven’t, but I’m thinking it could save time. Just not sure about the fee.

Yeah, $34 isn’t bad if it helps you get into a place quicker, lol.
