Hey there,
Has anyone used Costco for their mortgage? I’ve heard they offer competitive rates and good service, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s had firsthand experience with them. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!

My husband and I used their lender marketplace to buy our first home. We ended up going with Mutual of Omaha. It was a good process.
When I used it, I was able to save almost $1000 in expenses related to my closing costs. merely paid the mortgage company $250 in origination costs. Working with the organization was a breeze; everything was done textually through email, and they responded to any and all of my questions right away. My loan was sold almost immediately, but there haven’t been any issues with it. It’s great—my brother, mom, and I all used it to save a significant amount of money when we bought new homes at the same time.
Hi there,
I’ve heard some good things about Costco’s mortgage services, particularly that they offer competitive rates and have a streamlined process. From what I understand, Costco partners with a network of lenders to provide various mortgage options, often with lower fees and better rates than some traditional banks. If you’ve used Costco for your mortgage, I’d love to hear about your experience—how was the application process, customer service, and overall satisfaction? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!
