Looking at a house on Zillow... any red flags?

I was browsing houses on Zillow and found one that’s been bought and sold five times in just seven years. Makes me wonder if there are hidden issues like plumbing or structural problems that people only discover after moving in. Can someone explain this? lol

This is a common question. Usually, if you post the link, people can help figure out the mystery!

Maybe it’s haunted… just saying

 That would definitely be a reason to sell!

If there are known issues, the seller has to disclose them. So it’s rare for someone to buy a house without knowing about major issues.

Could be that the house was bought for rehab and passed around to different rehabbers. Check if past owners were LLCs; that’s often a sign.

Honestly, that would raise a huge red flag for me. I wouldn’t touch that house.

Sometimes it’s just a transient area with people moving for work. It doesn’t always mean something’s wrong.

Could be a lousy neighbor or maybe it’s near an airport. Sometimes it’s things that aren’t disclosed but still affect living there.
