I live in an area similar to Detroit where you can still encounter some problematic properties priced under $50k. Back in 2019, these houses were unwanted even at $20k.

Depending on your location, spending limit, and preferred lifestyle, there are a lot of different places to discover reasonably priced homes; but, in my opinion, the greatest places to go are metropolitan regions.
